Recruitment & Employment Confederation REC Audit this week!

It was an absolute please to meet the REC’s independent auditor this week. We spent the day looking through the policies, procedures and working practices that we at Highgrade Recruitment carry out and depend on daily. We are a trusted supply agency and have wonderful working relationships with our staff and client schools.

The audit followed the complete journey from the conception of our role advertisements, through the selection and registration process, including the vetting and security, the issuing of contracts and the training & development of staff to reach full compliance.

As always, our staff and client schools can rest assured that we strive to build upon and develop our policies to exceed the industry standards.

We are also a preferred supplier of the Welsh Governments Framework and have been awards a new 4 year term, this means that you are treated fairly and we will always go above and beyond to ensure that our staff and client schools continue to be happy.
